Self-hosted · B2B · One-time licence
One client link for the whole small project.
Collect missing details, exchange deliverables and record approval or requested changes without another monthly portal subscription.
The problem
The checklist is in one email. Files are in another. Approval is somewhere in chat.
The focused solution
One clear portal, deliberately kept small.
The client returns through the same link, sees progress, exchanges files and records a decision in the project context.
One useful workflow
From missing information to a clear decision.
Private two-way file exchange up to 256 MB
Approval or change request with comment and timestamp
Portal states, expiry date, CSV export and optional email
English and German, source code and web installer
Honest security boundary
Private storage, not an encrypted vault.
Files stay outside the public webroot and are served through controlled application routes. HTTPS, secure hosting, backups and lawful retention remain the operator’s responsibility.
- Random 256-bit bearer links
- Executable and suspicious file types blocked
- CSRF protection, rate limits and login lockout
- No AZ-FIVE cloud or external analytics in the product

FAQ
Useful before buying.
Does the client need an account?
No. The private project link opens the active portal without a separate client login. Treat the link as a bearer secret.
Are files encrypted?
Files stay outside the public webroot and use random storage names. The application does not provide end-to-end encryption or automatic encryption at rest.
Is this a legally binding e-signature?
No. The approval record documents the workflow, comment and timestamp, but it is not a qualified electronic signature.
