As a business with no more than ten employees, AZ-FIVE is not obliged and is currently not willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Where a consumer dispute remains unresolved, we provide the information required by law in the individual case. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
